Director/Registered Manager
Adedamola Adekomi
Ade is the Director and Registered Manager, with over twelve years of experience supporting individuals living with Dementia, Learning Disabilities, Autism, and behaviours that may be considered challenging.
He has worked across every level of the care sector, starting his career as an agency support worker and progressing through to Registered Manager. This hands-on journey gives him a strong understanding of the needs of both the people we support and the staff teams delivering care.
Ade is a qualified Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) Safety Intervention trainer (Foundation, Advanced, and Emergency levels), as well as a Movement and Handling trainer. He also has a strong knowledge of CQC policies and procedures, helping to ensure the service consistently meets high standards of care and compliance.
He is currently studying towards a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care, continuing to build on his leadership skills.
Ade is a supportive and approachable leader who is passionate about delivering safe, high-quality, person-centred care and creating a positive culture where both staff and clients feel valued and respected.
Director/Finance Manager
Craig Bailey
Craig is the Director and Finance Manager, with a strong and varied background across finance, property, and the trade industry.
He has 9 years of experience as a Management Accountant, specialising in cost management, budgeting for both corporate and sole trader clients, producing management accounts, and presenting financial information to boards and stakeholders.
Alongside his finance expertise, Craig has spent 9 years working in the property sector, with hands-on involvement in property development and ensuring compliance with local authority requirements, particularly in relation to HMO regulations. He also brings 18 months of experience in the trade industry, working on commercial electrical, data, and fire alarm installations in line with regulations.
Craig is a calm, practical, and detail-focused professional who brings a balanced and strategic approach to the leadership team.
Deputy Manager
Kay Roderick
Kay is the Deputy Manager, with over 20 years of experience working in the care sector.
She has a strong background in delivering high-quality, person-centred care and supporting individuals to live as independently as possible, while ensuring their dignity, choice, and wellbeing are always at the heart of what she does.
For the past 3 years, Kay has worked as a Deputy Manager in supported living services, where she has developed strong leadership skills and gained valuable experience in supporting staff, coordinating care, and ensuring high standards are consistently met. She also has strong knowledge of compliance, helping to ensure the service runs safely and in line with regulations.
Kay is currently studying her Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care, continuing to develop her leadership skills.
She is a dedicated, supportive, and approachable leader who is passionate about making a real difference to both the people we support and the staff she works alongside.
Human Resources Manager
Leticia Johnson
Leticia is the Office Manager and HR Manager, bringing over 20 years of office administration experience and 10 years specialising in human resources.
She plays a key role in keeping the organisation running smoothly, overseeing day-to-day office operations, supporting HR processes, and ensuring staff feel supported and well looked after. Her experience covers recruitment, employee relations, and maintaining effective internal systems.
Leticia holds a CMI Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management, which supports her strong practical experience in leading teams and improving workplace processes.
She is very much a people person and is known for building strong, positive relationships with both staff and external stakeholders. Friendly, approachable, and highly organised, Leticia is passionate about creating a supportive working environment where communication is open and everyone feels valued.
Team Leader
Sophie Whiteley
Sophie is a Team Leader with 9 years of experience working in supported living settings.
She has a strong background in delivering person-centred care and supporting individuals to live as independently as possible, while feeling safe, respected, and supported.
Sophie is known for her excellent people skills and her warm, clear communication style, which helps her build strong, trusting relationships with the people we support. She is approachable and easy to talk to, which makes a real difference in her day-to-day work.
She plays an important role in supporting her team and helping to maintain high standards of care across the service. Sophie is passionate about creating a positive and supportive environment where everyone feels valued.
